This gas is odorless and colorless and generates from any burned fuel.  During inspections done in 1996-97 the high CO levels we found in several Cape homes resulted in the saving of the lives of several families .  No additional charge with regular home inspection.

TOXIC GAS
With sophisticated gas detection equipment we can determine the levels of about 200 different gasses in homes and businesses.  Toxic levels can cause various health problems or death.

WATER TESTING
We test for all types of contaminates, including lead, VOC's, and pesticides.  Over 200 tests available.

TOXIC MOLD
To test for mold we use air samples, tape samples, swabs, and bulk sample procedures. We are Certified Mold Inspectors, and our results are guaranteed by a $1,000,000.00 insurance policy for accuracy by our lab.
